About us
Trigger AI is the UK AI automation agency. We build the systems that run a business, then we keep them running.
We spent years inside venture-funded tech companies in London, Chicago and Stockholm, automating the businesses we were running. Sales, marketing and operations, wired together well enough that a team of twenty could carry the workload of a hundred.
What became obvious is that almost none of it is specific to a funded startup. The same systems would work in a fifteen-person business tomorrow. They just never get built there, because the people who know how to build them are employed inside companies rather than selling it to anyone. That is what we do now.
We also run what we build. That is the part most people skip, and it is where the value actually sits: the tools underneath a system keep changing, so we monitor ours on whether the work is genuinely happening rather than on a platform reporting success.
We stay deliberately small. From the first call to whatever you need six months later, it is the two of us on it, and there is nobody to be handed off to.

Callum is a marketing and ops leader who has built and scaled multichannel campaigns generating over $10m in ARR across international markets. He is the systems architect behind every Trigger AI build, turning strategy into automations that actually run.
Co-founder
Ivo has held leadership roles in tech companies across London, Europe and the US, inside businesses with a combined capital raise of over $100m. He has built sales and commercial systems from the ground up, generating over $20m in ARR across the companies he has led and the clients he has worked with.
